      Product Description


      The carboxymethyl lysine (CML) antibody is developed using carboxymethylated KLH as immunogen, and affinity purified with CML-agarose. The purified CML antibody (CN1040) is chemically linked to beaded agarose through a stable covalent linkage. The immobilized CML antibody-agarose can be utilized for reversible immunoprecipitation and affinity purification of proteins/peptides with carboxymethyl lysine residues.

      Sample Data
      Western Blot of CML-modified proteins from HUVEC treated with glyoxal (GO) for 48 h. The sample were enriched and blotted with the Carboxymethyl Lysine Antibody (CN1040)

      Storage & Stability

      Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at –20oC. Shake it well before use. Expiration date is 12 months from the date of shipping if properly stored.
